The mechanical pressure switch features a bellows-type sensor, making it ideal for a wide range of applications, including neutral gases like air, gas, and steam, as well as liquids such as water, refrigerants, and oils. This pressure switch offers an adjustable control setpoint, with a pressure range from -0.1 to 2.5 MPa.
When the system pressure exceeds or falls below the rated safety pressure, the internal sensor disc moves quickly, activating the switch to open or close. As the pressure returns to the set recovery value, the disc resets, and the switch automatically reverts to its original state. The switch uses various elastic elements, such as single-turn springs, diaphragms, and bellows, to control the pressure by changing the switch status, ensuring reliable pressure control in diverse systems.
No power supply required in the field to eliminate electromagnetic interference.
Windows with setpoint adjustment panel for easy on-site adjustment.
Equipped with normally open and normally closed unrelated contact letter for flexibility in usage.
