The mechanical pressure switch uses a bellows-type sensor, suitable for neutral gases such as air, gas, and steam, as well as liquids like water, refrigerants, and oils. The control setpoint is adjustable, with a range of -0.1 to 2.5 MPa.
When the system pressure exceeds or falls below the rated safety pressure, the internal sensor disc moves instantly, triggering the switch to open or close. Once the pressure returns to the set recovery value, the disc resets, and the switch automatically returns to its original state. The switch uses various elastic elements such as single-turn springs, diaphragms, and bellows to control the pressure by changing the switch status.
