The magnetic float level gauge, also known as a magnetic float level indicator, is commonly used in industrial process control for measuring liquid levels. It indicates the actual height of the liquid by having a float move up and down with changes in the liquid level, providing accurate level measurement.

Purpose and Features
Versatile Application: Ideal for industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, environmental protection,
power generation and water supply. Suitable for measuring liquid levels in pressure vessels and open tanks.
Local and Remote Monitoring: Provides direct local level indication and can be equipped with limit alarms and remote transmission for real-time monitoring and control.
Corrosion and High Pressure Resistance: Designed to withstand corrosive environments and high pressure conditions, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications.
Dual Liquid Interface Measurement: Able to accurately measure liquids of different densities, even under low fluidity conditions at room temperature.
High Accuracy Specialized Model: The UFC Column Directional Magnetic Level Meter features high accuracy in measurement, strong magnetic effect, smooth rotation and
non-fading red-white display, making it suitable for low light environments and night observation.
Durable and Low Maintenance: Made with stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) and corrosion resistant materials, ensuring a long service life. The sealed measuring system prevents
leakage and contamination.
Clear and Intuitive Display: Features a high contrast red-white reflective column and ball indicator, with scale marks in centimeters, decimeters
and meters, for easy and accurate level reading.
Technical Data and Specifications
Working Temperature:
Suitable for measuring liquids in a range of -20°C to +150°C and 150°C to 500°C.
For extremely low temperature applications (-20°C to -80°C), a version with insulated vacuum jacket is available.
Viscosity of the medium:
Standard: ≤0.04 Pa·S
For high viscosity liquids, a steam heating jacket or electric heating belt can be integrated to improve fluidity.
Corrosion Resistance:
Customized anti-corrosion level meters available in PVC, FRP, ABS engineering plastics or non-magnetic metal materials, according to
user requirements.
Medium Density Compatibility:
Standard: 0.5 g/cm³ to 2 g/cm³
For media with a density greater than 2 g/cm3 or less than 0.5 g/cm3, customization options may be discussed.
Working Pressure:
Standard Range: 0 - 2.45 MPa
High pressure models: 2.45 - 9.6 MPa (users should specify the pressure requirements when placing the order).
